Miriam Odegard is a stellar realtor! She provided us with great counsel on finding where we wanted to move to BEFORE we sold our existing home. And when we found our perfect next home, she was at our side helping us through negotiations with the builder. She then helped us price our condo right for interest and search engine optimization, counseled us on staging it, connected us with professionals for cleaning, and had professional photographs taken for our listing. She even arrived early the day the photographer was scheduled to make any needed last-minute adjustments.
